David-Muir

David Muir (born August 25, 1949) is a famous American journalist, anchor and reporter. He is most well-known for World News Tonight. His show with its dramatic video footage celebrity gossip and his animated gestures has become the most watched newscast in America. The anchor is also famous for his Emmy-nominated show Made In America. In the years before his appointment as ABC World News Tonight's anchor Sawyer was Sawyer's principal replacement. ABC News has broadcast many specials in primetime, one of them being Breaking Point Heroin in America. He has covered news around the globe, including in Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti. He's been awarded numerous Emmy Awards Edward R. Murrow Awards, as well as honors and awards from the Associated Press.
