Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a professional CrossFit athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She is also a coach as well as trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie is the only woman to win the CrossFit Games twice. The CrossFit Games were her second place CrossFit Games in 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelandic weightlifter and also an Icelandic CrossFit athlete and celebrity journalist. She has won the CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 twice as the first women. Winner in both the Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and 2017Annie has gained a lot of attention. Annie was born and raised in Reykjavik, Iceland with her siblings and parents. Annie was an avid sportsperson and worked out from when she was a young age. As of 2009, she competed in the CrossFit event in California. Annie Thorisdottir's ages are 31 years (as in 2021). She is 5'7" tall, and weighs around 67 pounds. Annie was the first to begin CrossFit classes in California in 2009. Annie had an impressive performance at her very first games. She placed among the top 10 in a field of 70. The team was unable to earn any titles, and ended up 11th in the final ranking. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Her coach Jami Tikannen coached her to the second position in the CrossFit Games, and a medal in the silver category that year. In her second year, she participated in her second CrossFit Games. Due to her incredible performance she became the first woman to be awarded CrossFit Games. Annie's outstanding performance in 2012 helped her to a second CrossFit Games victory. This was the second time she had won consecutively. In 2014, she won a gold medal. Then in 2021 she was awarded the bronze medal. At present, Annie is a coach and trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie is an athlete on the rise who has appeared as the spokesperson for many brands such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs and Nuun Hydration, Renaissance Periodization and Sidekick Yerbae. In addition to this she also has her own Youtube channel which has around a thousand subscribers where her training video clips, diet and travel vlogs are uploaded.
